I am over 18The Woollahra Hotel is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join its kitchen brigade. A contemporary pub menu with Asian influence and a renowned focus of delivering excellent food, a unique customer experience and a premium quality product, experience with Asian cuisine is preferred.
Your key focus will be to deliver an excellent product for our customers whilst running an allocated section (woks, grill or fryer) within the kitchen and leading the more junior staff. You will be required to support the Head Chef by leading by example to ensure that the team shares the same vision of producing food to the highest quality and standards.
Salary starting from $85,000 + Superannuation and negotiable for the right candidates.
